Shipping charges on most orders are figured based on the following shipping chart for shipment within the continental United States.
Some items that are extra large or heavy are billed at actual shipping cost. These items are marked "Shipping Charges Billed at Actual Cost"

and let us know what item you're interested in.
If an order is placed online for one or more items that ship "Actual Cost" we will
contact you with the shipping cost for your approval of the additional charges
before processing the order.
Other special conditions and exceptions are outlined below.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & anywhere outside the United States will be charged at Actual Cost. We will contact you with the cost of shipping and will not ship until we receive your approval of the charges. In most cases we get a quote from UPS and USPS.
UPS is more expensive but the shipment can be tracked. USPS cannot be tracked and
we ARE NOT responsible for delivery after the order leaves the US.
If you would like a freight quote, let us know what item(s) you are interested in and your delivery postal code.
We reserve the right to refuse shipments outside the US.

Shipping on ALL Liners will be charged at Actual Cost. Liners under 150 pounds ship UPS, that is liner 500 square feet or less. Liners over 150 pounds ship Freight Truck.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is an item that included "free shipping"
our actual cost to ship the item to you will be deducted from the refund.

Returned products must be in new/unused condition, this includes all components,
paper work and packaging. We do not accept return of used items.

Non-returnable items include but are not limited to fish food, water treatments, cut items such as liner, underlayment & tubing.

Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays so there is
usually a very small window of time when an order can be canceled. If the order has been shipped it can not be canceled.
There is a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the cost the bank has charged us to process
your credit card transaction.
